| The Anaheim Hills Planned Community Association is comprised of 2,289 homes in 39 Sub-Association residential communities. The Association is also known as AHPCA and the Master Association within the community and its governing documents. AHPCA is responsible for the landscape maintenance of exterior show slopes and portions of the interior slopes within the Sub-Associations, as well as the Master and Sub-Association entry monuments and signage. AHPCA Assessment Payments: Assessment payments should be mailed to: Anaheim Hills Planned Community Association PO Box 25118 Santa Ana CA 92799-5118 (Mail sent to this address is delivered directly to the Association's bank for automated check depositing, so it is only to be used for mailing assessment payments) Payments by Bill Pay - please use the complete account number (ANA-AHPC-XXXXX-X) shown on your statement and the payment address above when setting up your Bill Pay account. Payments by ACH - payments are deducted automatically from your bank account. Please print the ACH authorization form via the link on the left of this page and then mail the completed form along with a voided check to the address below. For the account number on the ACH form, please use the 6 digit account number on your statement after "ANA-AHPC-".
